The Worksheet
Make sense of the yeses behind you — so you're ready for the one ahead.
Some you chose. Some were handed to you. Some you couldn't refuse. Laying them side by side is how you see what they were building.
Type straight into the page. Nothing is sent to me — this stays on your own device. Grab a cup of tea. Take your time.
Step One
List the yeses that shaped you. Then mark what kind each one was. Most women have never once looked at the whole list — the looking itself changes something.
Step Two
For each yes, don't ask was it good or bad. Ask: what did it give me, or prove true about me? Singapore proved I was an entrepreneur. Yoga proved I could teach. My brother proved I could love through anything. Every yes left evidence of who you are — this is where you go and collect it.
Step Three
You don't wait to feel ready. You become ready by anchoring in what your past yeses already proved you can do — that you are a risk taker, that you are creative, that you are irrefutably strong.
